At Domestica, we are committed to providing durable and high-quality smart & wellness home appliances designed to enhance your comfort, health, and everyday living. While every product undergoes strict quality checks, we provide a warranty to protect you against rare manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only – defects in material, workmanship, or functionality that affect safe and intended use.

2. Warranty Eligibility
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the customer must:
- Register the product within 7 days of purchase at www.domestica.com/warranty (or via QR code inside packaging).
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice) and product details at the time of claim.
- Share clear photos and/or videos of the defect.
- Ensure the product has been used strictly according to the user manual.
3. Warranty Claim Process

- Submit your order number, registered warranty ID, and evidence (photos/videos).
- Our team will verify the claim within 2–3 working days.
- If approved:
- Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of cost.
- For large products, replacement parts may be shipped instead of replacing the entire product.
- All defective parts replaced under warranty must be returned to Domestica.
⚠️ A return shipping fee ranging from ₹800 to ₹3,000 is deductible depending on the product size and type.
4. What is Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, rough usage, or neglect.
- Damage caused by not following the user manual.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Use of non-original accessories/parts.
- Cosmetic changes (fading, discoloration, scratches, wrinkles).
- Damage caused by improper installation or electrical fluctuations.
- Accidental or consequential damages caused by external factors.
5. Important Terms
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
- Repairs or servicing under warranty can be done only by Domestica or authorized service centres.
- Domestica reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent part at its discretion.
- Policy terms may change without prior notice, but existing claims will be honoured under the policy active at the time of registration.
